Singapore

dec 24th-31st
The cleanest country i have ever seen--- SINGAPORE!!!

c... u c... d roads were so clean. u can't even find a piece of rubbish at d roadside. wow... Singapore's government is so strict. good la...
and dere were many trees, u can c many playgrounds, fields... and u can c many "green" thgs.
Singapore has lesser pollution compared to Malaysia.

dis bridge is quite short frm Johor to Singapore. It takes less than 5 minutes will reach dere if no traffic jam.
different frm our bridge - butterworth to penang is longer.

At Imigration, so many ppl...
wait 4 d custom, queue 4 so so long!!! haih...

This is d zebra crossing, i found a lot of zebra crossing dere, esp near housing areas.
It is a striped street-crossing whr pedestrians hv precedence.

their LRT & MRT transportation is underground. Some places hv two level of underground LRT & MRT. Very convenient...

buy ticket with dis machine. It is a touch screen machine.
Different frm kL, kL buy ticket at d ticket counter.
Dere oso hv counter, but d counter is 4 asking information or solving ur problems 1.

look at d floor hv yellow arrows rite?
that means u hv to stand beside 1st to let ppl come out before u go in.
and also u must be fast if not u need to wait 4 d next train.
wait 4 next train is abt 5 minutes long.
No eating, drinking is allowed when u r in d train.

The speed running of the escalator at any train station is quite fast.
U need to watch ur step and always stand at d left side of d escalator. right side is owez 4 ppl who is run out of time or very rush 1.

Singapore's taxi mostly were blue in colour.
U can hardly find motocycles dere. They uses taxi or LRT & MRT or public buses as their transportation. Cars oso got ppl use too, but i think ppl who has their own car can b considered quite rich d.

I went on d FunVee double decker open top. Yeah!!!
really enjoyed a lot coz can c all sceneries along Orchard Road, Tanglin Road, Havelock Road n etc.
It's extremely beautiful. wow...

so traffic jam cuz it's YES (year end sale) & having many celebrations at Orchard Road. It was very crowded... but i'm safe cuz i'm at d double decker open top bus. hehe...

so so packed la...

check dis out. The colours of the glass of building is very nice. Those colours r always changing.

hawker centre at Orchard Road.
Let me tell u, Singapore's chinese food r not nice la, Penang is d best when u talk abt food. hehe... but u can try Singapore Pie Tea (popiah cup) not bad!

hello Raffles, nice to meet u!

i went on d riverboat taxi. It was a traditional riverboat.
This trail took us all around d river, drive pass around Singapore's Esplanade & Merlion. Great!!!

Singapore's Esplanade where concerts, events, functions will be held dere
(day time look)

Esplanade (nite time look)

ferris wheel (day time look)

ferris wheel (nite time look)

The Merlion

there were a row of heritage houses but most of them are restaurants & cafes.
This is d place to hv ur happy hour.
Opposite all these are Clarke Quay!

There were many many restaurants- japanese, italian, german...etc.

helped me!!! I'm sick...
A restaurant called "Clinic"
Look at d lamp, same like d lamp in d hospital operation room.
I sat on a wheel chair. Everythg was very unique.
The drinks & food oso uses those tools in laboratory or hospital.
so cool!!!

dis is d Bungy Singapore.
I din go 4 it. hehe.... but it looks like very exited.

go there of coz must shopping la... hehe...
I went to Takashimaya, TANGS, Wisma Atria, ISETAN, Raffles City, ViVoCity (the newest) , Plaza Singapura & many more......
Walk until so tired

all these pics r at Takashimaya
When i walk in, i saw a Louis Vuitton shop. wow...
many ppl were queuing 4 LV. oh noooo....
Dere was a security guard juz 4 d LV shop. He lets them go in when it comes to their turn.

the christmas tree is super duper tall!

dis 1 dunno at whr d... 4got liao

dis 1 "Spain2Dream" is at ViVoCity, thgs r quite expensive ler...

28th dec, Sat nite i went to d east side to eat seafood (Jumbo Seafood Restaurant)
Lots of ppl lo... Luckily did booking & oso went dere early
Seafood ho liao lo.... hehe... enjoyed!
There were many seafood restaurants cuz it's near seaside.
This place is called "ECP" stands 4 East Coast Park.

I went to d church on 25th christmas day & 30th sunday.
Dis church is called "Orchard Road Presbyterian Church"
It is near to YMCA.

On Christmas day, they performed hand bell.
Look, at d back there got chairs. The choir team will be sitting there. They sings hymns very nicely.
During the service, it is quiet, quiet & quiet all the time. No claps, no chit-chat, no hp oso (i think), cuz everybd is so serious. If u wana take ur out hp to c msg or wat, u will feel embarrass cuz nobd is doing dat.

Also look at d back, got an organ. wow.... n there was a grand piano in front of d stage. A very traditional type of church.

My conclusion is Singaporeans r very polite, most of them r highly educated, english or mandarin as their main language, hv diciplines & very kind as well. Singapore is always a updated city. It is very competitive to live in there( working or studying) and the cost of living in Singapore is quite high also =)
