the making of CNY kuih

4th feb
grandpa hse
six sumthg early in da morning

wah.... every year also prepared by my mum 1 - "dii kuih" (means: sweet kuih)
every year also not enuf to eat 1... coz it's a big family! lol...
The ingredients r tepung pulut, sugar, coconut- biasa, bersih & the liquid 1.
Dis kuih is taught frm generation to generation 1... geng leh?
I heard my mum says last time my grandma do the rice flour by her own hand instead of buying packets 1... dat's y u can c some old ppl r stil so strong. They work really hard la. I really gan1 bai4 xia4 feng1... pei4 fu2... pei4 fu2...
Although v din do the rice flour by ourselves, but v stil using charcoal method to bake it. haha... delicious oo... yummy!!!

In the whole process, must keep on watching the fire by adding charcoals and also add water in it.
At around 8pm, dii kuih is ready. My mum put it at aside to cool it down.

who who who don't try to curi makan ya, wait till CNY only eat k?
