My parents brought me to Happy Feet Fish Spa to try out the feeling of ticklishness being nimbled by the Garra Rufa fish. I have to say... nice!!! It was such a great experience of having that fish therapy. The rates are RM22 half an hour per adult, a student is RM18 half an hour and children below 12 is free but must accopany by an adult, if paid by credit card 15% discounts will be given.

At the beginning, i was asked to go to the back of the shop to rinse my legs below my knees. Then the usher gave me a small towel to wipe and she pointed me to sit at the place that is faced to the deco wall. Then, she explained to me about how ticklish it will be and asked me to laugh out as loud as u could. At first, i wasted like about 10-15 minutes for not properly putting my feet inside the pond bcoz it was rather ticklish especially my base of feet... they were quite sensitive actually. I was not feeling comfortable and always struggle here and there and even lift my feet up when i really cannot stand that feeling but I have no choice. My dad has already paid. So, i have to torture myself to soak my feet inside >.<


After a while, i found out that the fishes there were quite big, then i ask the women to let me switch place. haha... so i switch to the front there where u can see all curious people standing outside. Oh no... my different kind of funny expressions were being seen by them. Oh gosh... so embarassing!!!














At first the Garra Rufa fish were shy and only a few came to my feet.






























but after a few moments, the fishes were like so hungry!!! A host of fishes came around my feet to nimble away my dead skin. Look at it! This shows how much dead skin i have on my legs...















take a closer look... seems like the sizes of those fishes also the same, so big ones. Nvm, maybe bigger fishes will have bigger appetite to eat my dead skin away.

After doing the spa, my skin on my feet look more tender and smooth. Can even glow??? haha...

p/s: If u put ur feet very still inside the pond, those fishes will naturally come to your feet and it will be more worth by not wasting so much time. Just need a lil' patience will do;)

It couldn't goes on like that. aw.... I need to change, change and change!!! I know i'm fat=( hate it!
Eating is my favourite and common activity to do. But based on my genes, they made me chubby and fat and also makes me be one of the "easy fat type person". That is me, dat's y... haiz... What to do? From now on i must keep control of my food. Maybe it will works with small portion of intake. Strictly ban carbs, then result will be seen effectively. hehe... of course, exercise is the way to be more healthier.
haha... i always crap. Mostly i don't have determination to do it. U know, delicious food always make me starve. My stomach is not obedient and co-operate with me. So, if i am willing to go for a diet, sacrifices and efforts are needed. So, when u go to penang hawker centers or stalls at the roadsides and coffee shops, just imagine that u have to zip up ur mouth and ignored all those tasty and delicious food, sit there like pretending u are very full, anyone can do it? I believed that most ppl couldn't do it, and maybe few ppl can do it, of course i'm not the one. Well, most important thing is to eat healthily and exercise regularly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But i still wish that i can slim down one day!!! like Beyonce? or Rihanna? they are damn hoTTT man!!! wakakaka....

my mum and I went to QueensBay Mall doing some shopping. We had lunch at Dave's Deli. Guess wat? It's a tax free restaurant! We ordered a set of Hainanese Chicken Chop with mushroom soup, mash potato and orange juice costs RM19.80. Sides order were garlic bread and a cup of cafe latte. Ermm... main dish was quite ok and normal, garlic bread is just so so, mushroom soup is creamy, but the mash potato is not so nice >.<

After dat, we walk and walk and walk... walk untill my legs are so pain and tired. haizz... Actually most of the time is just window shopping only. Eventhough there are many discounts and sales having around, but sometimes they are still expensive. Agree anot? =)


Abt 4pm, we went to Old Town to hv a rest. I had a OT white coffee and my mum had Nan Yang kopi O. We also shared a ice-cream toast bread. yummy!!!

After having this, i am so full. So, i din hv appetite to eat dinner anymore.

but nvm, i will take it as a very good learning experience coz i had went through my 1st interview in my life. So, maybe next time when i need to go for a job interview, i will not be so scared ad... and i oso know about what a real interview is.
Erm... serious, be alert, talk whatever u noe or maybe u don't noe(just crap), pay full attention, act professional and bla...bla...bla...

This is the day... this is the day that the Lord has made
We will rejoice and be glad in it!!!

Today, i am not feeling so well... i have a headache.
My class today is until 11am only, so my frens and i went for lunch. After dat, i go to library to get some books to read. Becoz i have to attend an interview on 2pm.
Well, i am so nervous and scared. I din't prepare anything before going in coz i don't know wat to prepare. Those whose interview is on yesterday, i heard them said dat they will give a situation and will ask u to solve it. Preparation is not needed. Just be yourself...

This interview is "many to many". There were three interviewers, 1st is frm practical department of UUM, 2nd is frm mypath, 3rd is frm internationale. So, it was quite serious and your marks will be given based on your own physical reaction and the way u present....

Anyway, i did it but it was not so OK for me. It could be better actualy. I didn't do it very well... sad and disappointed >.< =( But God always be with me... yea...
Nvm, it's over. Now i can release and relax a bit.
